AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli, Eoin Morgan

Virat Kohli is quite a gentleman off the field and is admired by masses across the world. On Saturday, the Indian skipper once gave a glimpse of his sound rapport with rivals as he posted a throwback picture with former South Africa international AB de Villiers and England’s white-ball captain Eoin Morgan on social media.

In a caption showing respect for the other two cricketers, Kohli wrote, “Beautiful thing about sport is that rivalries stay on field and just with a smile & an open mind all tension between athletes is put to rest. Play hard on the field but always be up for a laugh off it. What a blessing to have gotten to know so many amazing people through sport.”

By sharing this picture from the opening ceremony of ICC Champions Trophy 2017, Kohli also left the fans wondering whether Morgan is joining Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for the next edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Notably, Kohli and De Villiers have been sharing the RCB dressing room since 2011 while Morgan has played for the Bangalore-based franchise in 2010.
